You're getting started. We help you identify what you care about, without pressure to decide.
Best Path is not a job board. It's a process for figuring out who you are professionally, what you want, and what it will take to get there. Every session builds toward that.
Most career tools start when you're already applying for jobs. By then, it's too late to change much. Best Path starts earlier, works longer, and stays with you through graduation and beyond. Your AI coach helps you explore. You do the work (before you apply for jobs). Every session builds toward the path you choose. The point isn't to hand you a job. The point is to help you become the person who gets hired.
BestPath is free for students through participating colleges and programs.
Best Path is organized into six stages. You won't do them all at once, and you won't do them alone. A readiness coach guides you through each stage. You show up with what you know, and Best Path helps you sharpen it, organize it, and turn it into a plan.
You'll walk through a conversation about who you are, what you care about, and where you think your career path might be headed. You don't need to have the answers. You just need to be willing to explore them.
You'll work through your unique history of experiences. Classes, jobs, projects, extracurriculars, achievements. Best Path partners with you to define a clear picture of what you bring to the table, in language that translates to and motivates employers.
You'll deepen your understanding of required career skills and learn to explain your Individual Value Proposition to employers.
You'll build the materials you need to represent yourself effectively. Your resume, LinkedIn profile, and other communication tools differentiate your experience. No templates. Just your unique story resonating with the right employers.
You'll figure out who you need to connect with, who can help you stand out from the crowd, and how to reach out without it feeling weird. Networking is your competitive edge in the hiring process, and a skill you can build.
Prepare for actual conversations with employers. You'll build interview skills to confidently engage with any question asked by recruiters, and understand the questions you should ask. Best Path boosts your confidence in this vital skill.
A freshman and graduating senior need different career readiness guidance. They experience different Best Path journeys. A student lacking any job experience needs different coaching versus someone with two internships. Best Path coaching adjusts to where you are in school and where you are in your career thinking. The further you are from graduation, the more we help you explore. The closer you get, the more we help you execute.

Every student has gaps. These are the career readiness skills you haven't built yet. The parts of your story you don't know how to tell. The pieces of the picture you haven't put together. Best Path helps you find them, name them, and explain your unique value. Not by grading you. By walking with you through the hard work before you apply.
